It is with pleasure that I can now update you on the progress of our two new Lodges, Olupale Safari Lodge & Driefontein Safari Lodge, in Northern Namibia.

Olupale Safari Lodge

Is situated on the NW border of the Etosha National Park, below the D3605 and will have its own private access to the National Park. This luxury 40 chalet lodge, with northern views across a salt pan will include a restaurant, 2 bars, reading room, Spa, swimming pool, viewing platform, activity centre and curio shop. The Lodge has also made provision for a Guide and Driver recreational area.

Driefontein Safari Lodge

Is situated in the Torra Conservancy, Damaraland, on the C39, approximately 80km inland from Torra Bay. This luxury 30 Chalet Lodge is positioned on a hill overlooking an area known as Driefontein, with 180-degree views to the NE. The Lodge includes a restaurant, bar, activity centre, swimming pool and curio shop. Provision has also been made for a Guide and Driver recreational area.

Both Lodges are being developed simultaneously. Although we expect construction to be completed by November 2020, we have decided to set January 2021 for the official opening of both Lodges.

It was envisaged that the Lodges would be ready for guest’s occupation in the third quarter of 2020, but due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to revise the opening date.

Both of these Lodges are uniquely situated amongst beautiful landscapes, and individual chalet views are beautiful and unique.

Our Sales department will periodically update you with progress and renderings of the two Lodges.

We look forward to welcoming your guests to these two new Lodges in 2021.
